By placing an order on this site you are entering into a purchase/sale transaction with Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd.

To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative. By placing an order on the site or on phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website.
After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section.
In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information.
After checkout, you will be required to proceed to make payment at CC avenue payment gateway - where you will be asked for payment related information.
Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed subject to receipt of the funds from the bank or credit card company as the case may be. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.
We reserve the right to cancel any order within 7days and refund the order value to your account without assiginig any reason whatsoever.
In case if we require you may be asked to submit copy of your photo id proof and address proof to authenticate your bonafides before delivering the products. If you fail to submit the same, as per our policy we are authorized to cancell the order and refud the order value to your account.
The following modes of payments are available
As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard you will required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.

All prices on this web site are in Indian Rupees.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
Our products prices are inclusive of applicable rate of VAT in India and also inclusive of shipping charges. However Octroi charges if any applicable to be borne by you. Also, any other cost of Installation, Cost of Stabilizer, Cost of stand for ODU, other electrical accessories required to install the AC or Ref to be borne by customer extra at actuals.
Payment details such as Credit/Debit Card information entered on the Payment gateway website – CC avenue are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. Any information you enter when transacting with the webstore is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway (CC Avenue) provided who is authorised and (it should be has complied) with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.
Out of Stock situations
Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However in case this is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
Delivery of products
Products are shipped from our owned local warehouses located in various states in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of order and payment.
Order deliveries will be made by third party logistics companies approved by us usually between 9am - 5pm Monday – Saturday. We do not ship/Deliver on Sundays and National Holidays.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and also a copy of Your Valid Photo ID Proof is to be handed over to our Logistics Partner. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. In case a separate person is taking delivery then a copy of his/her valid photo id proof is also required along with your photo id proof. Please make these things handy to avoid inconvenience.
Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
All claims for shortages or damages in transit must be reported to our customer service within 24hrs of delivery. We will not entertain any such claims after this period.
Shipping charges for a new order from our warehouse to your delivery address is Free of Cost. However to return the product against cancelled order for any reason, the customer has to pay the shipping charges up to our nearest warehouse.
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
If any products received that are damaged or are of different model from your original order, please contact Customer Service Number within 48 hrs of delivery. and subject to approval by our local service center/branch then only replacement is possible which is subject to submission of the original invoice. Only for such cases, Please allow one to three weeks for replacement. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete.
Charges for return of the products will not be refunded.
Please note that in any case we we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products which are free of damages and manufacturing defects.
